By far the best Burger King in Laredo! Amazing customer service! Karina the General Manager goes out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect! Highly recommend that if something goes wrong(which happens in any restaurant or business), to communicate with management, as suppose to writing a bad review.
These guys work extremely hard for the community. I've seen it first hand!
They've prepared 540 croissant sandwiches for us almost every other week, and they come in at 3a.m. to ensure that everything is set and ready to go.
They're the only restaurant I know that does this. They always have everything prepped on time!

Since the Burger King in my town is possibly the worst restaurant in it's entire chain, with a rating of 2.9.... Obviously, when I went out of town to visit family I had to visit the nearest Burger King there in Laredo, because I knew it could not have worse food or service as my local restaurant. Sure enough, this restaurant in Laredo was like a Godsend, the food was fabulous, actually tasted like a real Whopper. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Thank God there are still some good Burger Kings left on this planet. If I could just get Burger King to realize the trash they have here in my town, I would have their food at least twice a week here.
